As an Ayurvedic postpartum care doula with a focus on mothers who have experienced a difficult birth or loss, I offer grounding and nourishing support in the form of traditional ayurvedic meals, herbal baths and teas, Abhyanga, as well as belly binding ceremony and a grief/loss ceremony supported with reiki. I work deeply from the heart to support and give to the women moving through what will be one of the biggest transitions of her life.
