Nourishing women and families for a better future through compassionate, holistic, and innate practices from birth to beyond.

I am a founding faculty member and instructor at the Center for Sacred Window Studies where I teach Ayurvedic nutrition, cooking, and herbal foods to Ayurvedic postpartum caregiving students. I have been studying Ayurvedic medicine since 2008 and working in my own practice since 2012. I am an Ayurdoula and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through NAMA, and an Innate Postpartum Provider.  I provide in person and virtual Ayurvedic consultations, postpartum planning sessions, in-home body work (abhyanga, shirodhara, svedna, dough basti, lepana, marma, moxabustion), Closing of the Bones Ceremonies, individualized Ayurvedic cooking, belly wrap support, herbal support, infant and self massage instruction, postpartum nourishing care and support through life transitions.  I have also supported families as a labor doula and enjoy working with families from fertility and conception, through birth and into the Sacred Window of Postpartum.

I have travelled around the country providing Ayurvedic Postpartum Care in the past but am currently doing in-home care for families within a 1 hour radius of Grass Valley.  I offer virtual postpartum planning sessions and consultations to people from anywhere on the globe.
